Celebrating our 60th anniversary in September 2005, we probably offer the widest range of metal finishing services on a single site in the UK from our base in Harlow.

We have a long and successful association with the aerospace industry, holding approvals from most major manufacturers including NADCAP accreditation. We now offer the same quality service to the defence, communications, medical, offshore and other precision industries.

The company employs a highly skilled workforce of 85 staff, has a fully integrated quality management system – controlled to ISO 9001:2000, AS 9100 and ISO 14001, employing its own chemists to control and monitor vat solutions on a daily basis. A full NDT service is offered both pre and post treatment as appropriate.

Robert Stuart can process parts in batch sizes of 1 to 100,000 and offers a collection and delivery service in certain areas.

We pride ourselves on the service we give to all our customers in terms of both quality and delivery, this is reflected in the number of customers who have been with us for 10 years or more.
